ATTENTION LANLDORDS: Starting April 2010 You must follow proper renovation procedures for the EPA.  This means, even to work on your own properties, you must be Lead Renovation Certified.  If you distrub more than 6 sq. ft. inside or 20 sq. ft. outside or any windows, you must follow this procedure. 

Classes are available for those of you that do your own work; if others do your work, you must hire EPA certified contractors as of April 2010.  This is for all properties built before 1978.  The fines are up to $30,000 + for not complying.  The process is envoled, so get started today so you don't get into trouble.

The next Lowes event will be February 9th, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at the 74th and Dodge Lowes.  The event is on flooring, covering carpet, vinyl, tile and laminates.  There will be a 15-20% discount on that day for flooring, plus 10% discount storewide for our members only.
