Tuesday, September 14th, 2010 at 6;30 p.m. at Lowe’s on 72nd and Dodge St.This event will be a little different from the past as this is a ONE DAY PURCHASE ONLY. The manufacturers of all Whirlpool and Frigidare products will give us a discount between 19%-25% on the products. Each appliance will have a different discount. Appliances to include Stoves, Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Microwaves. We have selected several of each of these appliances in different sizes and types in each brand for you to select from. We will also get up to a 30% discount on select items such as stove cords and ice makers. You will purchase your appliances THAT NIGHT ONLY and Lowe’s has agreed to hold them for you until you need them, so purchase all that you will need for the next year and save on all of them. I plan to buy extra so I will be assured to get the discount even if I do not need the appliances for months. The savings could be huge. Come and save if you need one or 100 appliances. Lowes does also have free delivery and pick up of your old appliances.To make this work the vendors do require us to purchase a minimum of $25,000 total of all of us combined, which should not be hard to hit. Ordinance for HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing |

There is a new ordiance that has gone into effect regarding HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing work. It only is in Omaha and extends three miles outside the Omaha vicinity. It has been in effect since Jan 1, 2010 and is being enforced effective July 1, 2010. The law is set up so you have to have a journeyman's liscense to do any work on units and applies to HVAC, pluming and electrical.
